Refund Eligibility (Withdrawal by Parent/Student)
💯 100% refund if withdrawal is more than 30 working days before course start
🔁 50% refund if withdrawal is within 7–30 working days before course start
⚖️ 20% refund if withdrawal is within 7 working days after course start
❌ No refund if withdrawal is more than 7 working days after course start

Cooling-Off Period
🛑 Full refund if the contract is cancelled within 10 calendar days of signing (no penalty)

Refund Events (Full / Pro-rata Refunds)
🚫 Course cannot start / is cancelled → Full refund
📉 Course cannot be completed → Pro-rata refund
❗ Student does not meet entry requirements → Full refund
🛂 Student Pass rejected → Full refund

Processing Timeline
⏱️ Refunds are processed within 7 working days after approval
